We are delighted to announce that Carrickmacross member – Lisa Nolan, Executive Leadership Coach and M.D. at Aslan Coaching – will lead the bill at this year’s National Women’s Enterprise Day celebration which takes place on 14th October.

The event is going  online this year and participation is free.  All women in business – or thinking of going into business –  are encouraged to register and log in to benefit from the expertise and experience of a range of expert speakers.

Key themes include resilience, self-care, innovation and opportunity.  The programme will include workshops with experts, panel discussions, a virtual marketplace and facilitated networking to connect more entrepreneurs with each other.

In addition to Lisa Nolan, Executive Leadership Coach, presenters on the day will  include Lough Egish woman, Áine Kerr, co-founder of Kinzen and RTÉ broadcaster,  Olympian-turned-company founder Derval O’ Rourke, Sonia Deasy of the Irish global skincare brand, Pestle & Mortar and Pamela Laird of Moxi Loves –  finalist on BBC’s The Apprentice.

Eilín Connolly, Business Adviser at Monaghan Local Enterprise Office, Monaghan says of the event:

On National Women’s Enterprise Day on October 14th, we want to show businesses that we’re ‘Stronger Together.’ We also want to show how small changes can make big impacts, how we can learn from each other, how small businesses can cultivate innovation and how international markets can offer new opportunities. Registration is now open and events are free to join so I would encourage local businesswomen and aspiring female entrepreneurs to join us online for a day of education, inspiration and motivation!”
